Custom Artistic Work
All projects, commissions, and artwork created for you are bespoke and custom-made. Once payment has been made and work has commenced, we do not offer refunds. This is because artistic services and results are subjective, and each piece is created specifically according to your request, vision, and feedback during the process.
Satisfaction
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to working with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final product. We encourage communication and collaboration throughout the creative process to ensure your vision is met as closely as possible.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, we will consider any progress made and whether any materials or costs have already been incurred. If the cancellation is made before work has started, a partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or design consultation fees.

As the work produced is an artistic interpretation and is based on the specifics of your request, we do not offer refunds or adjustments based on personal preferences or differences in interpretation.
